HH Capital Holdings acquires and manages real estate properties with a focus on both near-term income generation and long-term value creation. Ahmed Hafeji, Founder and CEO, created HH Capital Holdings to provide everyday investors access to the institutional-grade real estate deals that are normally reserved for only the largest investors.
Track Record
Ahmed Hafeji has been investing in real estate for over 7 years and has never lost money on a HMO or multifamily real estate investment. Since 2017, HH Capital Holdings has raised over £32 million across 21 funds from over 600 accredited and non-accredited investors. HH Capital Holding's real estate portfolio consists of 1892 apartment units across 14 multifamily properties along with over 35,000 square feet of commercial office space.
